welcomes you on its new Internet portal.
In the first quarter of the 20th century, the RUILLIER cabinet is created by Jacques RUILLIER, Architect D.P.L.G ., who joins in 1972 with his nephew, Bertrand RUILLIER, before withdrawing definitively in 1979.
From then on, the RUILLIER cabinet, which will become the Bertrand RUILLIER agency, will develop regularly, strengthening her team to re-lay effectively in the quality of the projects
Formerly settled in de la Tasse street, near the Trocadéro, the Agency became established in 1989 in the barge Valenciennes, moored along the banks of the Seine, to Levallois-Perret, so finding the peace, the light and the organization of a workshop convenient to its functioning and to its creativity
At the beginning of 2009, the agency operated a new transformation by strengthening of two associated architects: Benoit REISCH and Virgile ROGER to become:
RUILLIER AGENCY and ARCHITECTS ASSOCIATES
With this new association, the agency intends to continue and to develop its architectural activities both in a professional and qualitative way.
In addition of the architectural activity, the agency counts a design of objects department, allowing her to accompany a project up to its last details..
currently, the office is composed by 7 collaborators:
- one secretary
- one foreman
- one decorator
- for architects.
The office is distributed on a working surface of 150 m ².
The technical means of the Agency are centred on the computing, both at the level of the Secretarial department and in that of the Drawing.
This exceptional tool, which allows speed and efficiency, facilitates the follow-up and the control of the projects, then the quality of the conception.
The computer equipment is installed in two interconnected networks:
A MAC network, with 4 computers assuring the Secretarial department, the common management, the databases, the diverse files, the statutory texts, etc., on the main software WORD, EXCEL, FILEMAKER pro, etc.
A PC network, with 4 computers assuring the drawing, the accounting(accounts department), the classification and the internet treatment, on the main software AUTOCAD 2010, REVIT, PHOTOSHOP, CIEL, etc.
A color tracer STANDARD(CANON) size(format) AO.
A printer B&W Hewlet Packard size(format) A4.
A color scanner EPSON size(format) A3.
As possible, and within the framework of individual adaptations, the operating mode of the interventions of the office is the following one:
Project analysis
Meeting with the project owner ; visit and analysis of the site. Determination and analysis of the program and the operating mode.
Contract
Proposition of mission contract : context; kind of construction ; budget ; contents of the mission ; fees ; schedule and deadline.
Conception studies
precision of the knowledges ; detailed drawings of the existing ; places inventory ; summary project ; project precision; Detailed project (plans and description of the works) ; call for tender
Administrative procedures
asking for demolition license; asking for construction license; works declaration ;procedures follow up.
Execution
